CrossFit Classes

CrossFit classes include a warmup portion, then some strength training (we typically do squating, hinging (deadlifts, etc.), pressing, a gymnastic focus, and a skill focus every week. Afterwards the strength training we do a 5-20 minute metcon (HIIT workout). These classes are fully coached, encouraging, fun, and well prepared to help you succeed and grow. 

Sweat

Sweat classes include a warmup and then a longer HIIT workout (30-40 minutes) that is low weight, low impact, all fun. They leave you feeling good! 

nutrition coaching

Want to get stronger and feel good? Lift weights and move fast! Want to look good? Change your diet. Nutrition is the secret to hitting that next level – whether it be dropping a lot of weight and becoming healthy, or simply just tightening things up to help you move faster and recover more efectively. You cannot ignore your nutrition. 

personal training

Due to our incredibly busy schedule, and most classes being full, we have limited slots to offer personal training. But if you’re free during the mid-days or weekends, our coaches would love to work individually with you, or in small groups to help you master your skills and hit the next level of fitness. Its also a great option for getting started if the classes seem intimidating! 

Run Club

Seasonally, we offer run club during the warmer months of the year. Included is running plans, weekly community runs (paced), accountability, run tracking through our app, and a Rise Run at the end of the training season!

Carrie Murphy

Carrie Murphy

Carrie is the head coach at Rise. She loves to spend time with people, build up the community, and get to know each person’s individual story. She comes from a long background of college sports in the States and endurance sports like marathons and triathlons. When Carrie isn’t at Rise she’s out in the sun, on a hike, or chasing Ryan around the park pracitcing shuttle runs.

Craig handles Marketing and business administration at Rise. He loves to workout with the classes, spend time in the shop and take photos of all of your beautiful faces. You may even find him occassionally coaching!

John is a serial Coach and Community Builder. He’s has a history of coaching with a specialization in lifting heavy! You’ll catch him teaching our skill and lifting days, if you can get into his classes. They’re always full!
