We offer a variety of options to help meet your goals. Whether you want to dive into Functional Fitness,  sweat, nutrition, or get your entire family involved with our kids programs, there is something (or a combination of services!) for you.

Functional Fitness

Our Functional Fitness classes include a warm-up, strength or skill work, Olympic lifting, functional movements, and a HIIT-style workout designed to build overall fitness in a supportive group environment.

Hyrox

Combines running with functional workout stations in a standardized race format. Designed for all fitness levels, it tests strength, endurance, and determination over 8 workouts and 8 runs.

Sweat

Low impact, low weights, all fun. This program is ideal for people looking to limit the wear and tear on their body, for beginners, and for those who want to get moving and smiling for 45 minutes.

FF Youth

Our FF Youth program is to help kids learn to play, workout, and move in a healthy, functional, and safe way. Plenty of games, age-appropriate workouts, and fun ahead.

Personal Training

Preparing for your next competition, mastering your olympic weightlifting, learning the fundamentals in a safe enviroment. Whatever the reason for it is, personal training is a proven way to speed up your development. Learn more, faster, in a private enviroment.

Nutrition

Want to see all those muscles you’ve been building? Want to feel lighter, move better, have less joint pain, think more clearly, and look better? Nutrition is the key. We make what’s confusing simple and what’s difficult achievable.
