Our Drop-In Pass is a great option for anyone looking to train with our community. If you’d like to join one of our Functional Fitness classes, we ask that you have previous experience with functional fitness training, including Olympic lifting and gymnastics-based movements, to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Newer to functional fitness? No problem at all! Our SWEAT and HYROX classes are open to all fitness levels, and no prior experience is required. These classes are a great way to get an awesome workout in while you’re visiting.

Drop In: Sweat
We welcome anyone to join our sweat program, no matter your fitness level or experience! Sweat is designed to be high energy, fun, low weight, low impact, and easy for the most beginner all the way to our superstars. No matter your level, you can make the classes as easy or as difficult as you want them to be, and you’re gauranteed to get a good sweat on and leave feeling even better.
