Drop In: CrossFit

While we would love for everyone to be able to come in on a whim to our CrossFit program and experience how amazing it is, we unfortunately have to ensure a safe and cohesive class environment.

This means that CrossFit drop ins are restricted to people with at least 3 months of CrossFit experience (i.e. you go to another CrossFit gym and are just in the area) and are able to comfortably jump in to a class without needing extra help understanding terminology, movements, etc.

Drop In: Sweat

We welcome anyone to join our sweat program, no matter your fitness level or experience! Sweat is designed to be high energy, fun, low weight, low impact, and easy for the most beginner all the way to our superstars. No matter your level, you can make the classes as easy or as difficult as you want them to be, and you’re gauranteed to get a good sweat on and leave feeling even better.
