Carrie Murphy
Carrie is the Owner and Head Coach at Rise. Carrie loves to spend time with people, build up the community, and get to know each person’s individual story. Carrie comes from a long background of college sports in the States and endurance sports like marathons and triathlons. When Carrie isn’t at Rise, she’s out in the sun, on a hike, or chasing Ryan around the park practicing shuttle runs.
Qualifications:
– CFL-Level 1
– CFAC-Hinshaw Aerobic Capacity
– CFL1-Weightlifting
– Completed numerous marathon and ironman events.
Jen Tong
Coach Jen is known for her powerhouse legs and commanding presence. Jen excels at motivating athletes with clear, powerful cues that keep everyone on track and pushing their limits. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to CrossFit, Jen’s passion and expertise will inspire you to achieve your fitness goals. Get ready to be challenged and have fun!

Hilary Simister
Coach Hilary has a wealth of experience and a fun-loving spirit. Hilary brings unmatched energy to every session. Her workouts are legendary, not just for their intensity, but for her unbeatable playlists that will keep you moving and motivated. Join Hilary for a Sweat class that’s as fun as it is effective!
