WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE TO COME TO THE GYM?
A typical visit lasts for 60 minutes and is so simple

Arrange a time to drop in with us (DM, email, etc.)

Show up 10 minutes before class to sign the waiver and we’ll show you around!

Change into workout clothes (we have facilities for you to change into). Leave your gear in the cubbies (which you can see the entire workout)

Our coach takes you through a pre-programmed workout. This includes a warmup, instruction on the movements, modifications (if necessary) to match your skill level and capabilities, and a workout at the end of the class.

Cool down, stretch, wipe down the equippment that was used, chat it up with friends and then head out before the next class.
